Al Davis is now the general partner of the Oakland Raiders.But back in 1966 as the AFL commisioner he forced a quick merger of the AFL with the NFL. Al has led his Raiders too the best record in pro-sports during the period from 1963-1991. His team won Super Bowls XI, XV, XVIII. He was named coach of the year in 1963. He is also the only person ever to serve in the pros as a personnel assistant, scout, assistant coach, head coach, general-manager, commisioner, and team owner/chief executive officer.
