Denver continued their decline last year - falling below .500 with a 7-9 record but still holding their own in the division with a 3-3 record there.They had the 11th ranked offense last year and the 19th ranked defense. Both are likely to decline again this year as the need to blow up the roster and start again gets closer

Kansas ended the season with the same 4-12 record as the Raiders, the same 2-4 division record but with less reason to feel hopeful they have turned the corner just yet. The QB they wanted to crown as the future was benched in favor of the Huard. They'll try once again to move him up this season.

Somehow this team won the division again and this time with the handicap of having Norv Turner as their head coach.You have to think Norv's golden touch will ensure this team's decline this season.
